| 采用快速溶剂提取- Florisil固相萃取柱净化-气相色谱法测定土壤中多氯联苯单体, 探讨了有机氯农药对测定的干扰。方法在0 μ g/L～100 μ g/L范围内线性良好,19 种多氯联苯单体的检出限为 0.06 μ g/kg～ 0.36 μ g/kg, 基体加标回收率为 78.6% ～ 120% ,RSD 为 0.2% ～ 5.1% 。 |

| A method wasestablished to determine19 polychlorobiphenylcongenersin the soilby gaschro matography with ASE-florisilsolid phase extraction column purity. It was discussed thatorganic-chlorine pesti cidesinterferedthe determination. Thetestsobtained followingresults: goodlinearity from 0 μ g/L to100 μ g/L;the detection limitsof19 polychlorobiphenylcongenersfrom 0.06 μ g/kgto 0.36 μ g/kg;therecoveriesofmatri xesfrom 78.6% to120%; the RSD from 0.2% to 5.1%. |
