| Onthe presentanalytical method oftotalnitrogen, withthe useofportablespectrophotometerandclosed digestion tube,experiments w erecarriedoutonoxidation by K 2 S 2 O 7 andreduction by(NH 3 ) 2 H 2 SO 4 ,and double-nitrogen-azoreactionfor the bestconditions,itwasalso discussedontheamountofbasic K 2 S 2 O 7 concentration andtheamountof(NH 3 ) 2 H 2 SO 4 concentration,andthe analytical methodofdigestion by basic K 2 S 2 O 7 -spectrophotometryfortotalnitrogenin water. The methodcan detect totalnitrogenin waterand waste waterfastandsimply onspot. |
