| Whilefocusingontheissuesinthe pre-examinationforstandard-matched acceptanceofstandardization constructionofcounty c senvironmental monitoringstation,itpointed outthatto strictlycontrolacceptancestandard and quality w as notonlythe needfordeveloping environmental monitoringinto deeperand wider degree, butalsotheneedofenvironmental management. Itsuggestedthatthecoreofstandardization construction ofenvironmental monitoringstationincludedthe necessary hardware, enough personnelfunds,certainly environmental monitoringcapability and w ellpersonnelquality andthetechnicalpersonnel c sstructure.
