| Solid phase micro-extractiontechnique,arecently developingtechniqueforsampletreatmentin1990s, wasintroduced. Compared withtraditionalextraction methods,ithadsuchcharactersasshortanalysis period,simplicity, high sensitivity, withoutsolventandsuitableforfield-monitoring. The method had besuccessfully usedin allkindsofsubstratesamples,such asthepollutantsinsoil, w ater,atmosphere.Itsbasicprinciples,solid phasecoasting andoperation program were discussedinthispaper. Itcan be believedthatthistechniquecan be widely usedin manyfieldsofchemicalanalysis. |
