| 提出一种用微波消解技术作为测定水和废水中总磷的预处理方法, 这种消解方法只需10 min 即可, 比用常规的高温高压消解法节省三分之一时间。用这两种消解法对标样、地表水、海水、生活污水和工业废水样品进行了对比测定, 所得结果经统计检验, 两种方法之间无显著性差异。对微波消解法的精密度和准确度进行了验证。 |

| A new method wassuggestedto determinethetotalphosphorusin water and wastew ater by microwave digestion pre-treatment. Thedigestiontime wasonly10 minutes, andreduced 1/3timecompared withtraditional method with hightemperature and pressure. Testexperiment w astaken forstandardsamples,surface w ater,sea water,sewageand w astew ater. There had nosignificantdifference betweenthetwo methods. T he accuracy and precision ofthis method w astested. |
