| 采用4% 聚乙二醇(PEG)- 20M+ 1%KOH GXD- 401为固定相,2 m×3 mm 玻璃填充柱分离三甲胺,FID 检测。该方法有较高灵敏度和良好的线性关系。结果表明: 在柱温140 ℃, 进样口温度180 ℃, 检测器温度180 ℃, 氮流量30 mL/ min 时,平均回收率为100.3%, 相对标准差为3% 。 |
