| 提出了非分散红外分光光度法测定饮食业油烟的方法, 采用红外光谱仪, 于2 930 cm -1 波数处进行测量。对滤筒的空白值作了明确规定, 只有其含油量在0.5 mg/L以下才能用于测定。 该方法操作简便 , 相对标准偏差为0.4 % , 精密度好, 加标回收率在97 % ～105 % 之间 。 |

| To detectsmoke and oilofrestaurantserviceindustryin non 2 dispersiveinfrared spectropho tometry,usinginfraredspectrometer,in 2 930cm -1 . The blank valueoffiltercylinder wasdefined asthatit can be usedfordetectiononly whenitsoil ’ sconcentration waslowerthan 0.5 mg/L. This method wassimple foroperation,itsrelativestandard deviation was0.4 % ,had good accuracy. Itsrecovery rate plusstandard sample wasbetween 97 % and105 %. |
