| A method wasestablished fordetermination ofcarbofunanin watersamples which extracted with dichloromethane, separated byfused silicacapillarycolumn and detectedwith GC - NPD. Theexperimentcondi tion wasoptimized andthecompound decided by doublecapillarycolumns HP-5 and HP-1301. Thelinearre lation was excellent between instrumentresponds and calibration standard ranges both from 0. 00 mg/L to 1.00 mg/L. Thelimitsofdetectionin watersample were2.0 × 10 -5 mg/L. Therelative standard deviation waswithin 6.5% , and the recovery wasfrom 93.6% to110%. |
