| 采用SPE- GC/MS 法测定水中对硝基氯苯和2,4- 二硝基氯苯, 优化了试验条件。对硝基氯苯在 1. 00 mg/80.0 mg/L之间线性关系良好,2,4- 二硝基氯苯在1.00 mg/L~ 50.0 mg/L 之间线性关系良好, 方法检出限对硝基氯苯0.6μg/L,2,4- 二硝基氯苯为2.1μg/L, 回收率对硝基氯苯为86. 2% ~ 94.7%,2,4- 二硝基氯苯为 87.3% ~ 95.4% 。 |

| Thetracep-nitrochlorobenzene and 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzeneinwaterwere determinatedby SPE - GC/M S afterexperimentalcondition optimized. Thelinearrangeisfrom 1.00mg/Lto80.0mg/L in p nitrobenzene, 2,4-dinitrobenzenefrom 1.00mg/Lto50.0mg/L. Thelinearrelationsaregood. Thelim itofdetermi nation forp nitrobenzeneand 2,4-dinitrobenzeneare0.6μg/L and 2.1μg/L respectively. Therecoveryranges are86.2% ~ 94.7% forp-nitrochlorobenzene and 87.3% ~ 95.4% for2,4-dinitrobenzene. |
