| 建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱测定水中7种磺酰脲类除草剂的方法, 考察了降解作用及滤膜对测定的影响。方法在0.30 mg/L~ 5.00 m g/L之间线性关系良好,7 种磺酰脲类除草剂的检出限为0.32μg/L~ 0.62μ g/L, RSD为4.4% ~ 7.6%, 平均加标回收率为87.9% ~ 102% 。 |

| Themethod wasestablished fordetermination of7 kindsofsulphurureidesherbicidesbysolid phaseextraction high effectiveliquid chromatography. Theinfluence ofdegradation action and filters were ob served. There were good linearrelationships between the instrumentalresponds and compoundsin range of 0.30mg/L and 5.00 mg/L ofthe method. The detectivelimitsof7 kindsofsulphur ureidesherbicides were 0.32μg/L~ 0.62μg/L, RSD 4.4% ~ 7.6%, avengerecoveries87.9% ~ 102%. |
