| 利用 m eso-四 (4- 氯- 3- 磺酸钠苯基) 卟啉与铅的显色反应测定铅, 优化了反应条件, 试验了共存离子的影响。方法在0 mg/L~ 0.6 mg/L 内线性良好, 表观摩尔吸光系数为 2.5110 L/(m ol cm), 实际样品测定的加标回收率为98.2% ~ 109% 。 |

| Thecolourreaction ofp ClTPPS4with Leadwasapplied fordetermination ofLead. Theanalytical parameterswereoptimized and effectofcoexistentionwasobserved. Theresultsshowedthelinearity wasgoodin therangefrom 0mg/L to0.6 mg/L, theapparentmolarabsorption coefficientwas2.51×10 5 L/(mol cm), the samplerecoverieswerefrom 98.2% to109%. |
