| The environmentalaction ofpollutantsand pollution-induced biologicaleffects were comprehensively analyzed with biologicalmonitoringtechniquesforecologicalrisksassessmentand forecastofwaterenviron mentalchemicals. Itisimportantforprotection ofthe limited waterresources and maintenance ofecosystem health. The conceptofactive biologicalmonitoring,operationalproceduresandtheadvantagesofrelativelytradi tionalpassivebiologicalmonitoringwereintroduced. Thecommonly used bioindicatorsin environmentalqualityof marine and freshwaterin active biomonitoring technology were summarized as wellasbiomarkersresponding to differentpollutants. Thelatestdevelopmentsofresearch in the field athome and abroad were discussed. |
