| On the Chinese developmentoftotalamountofpollutantscontrolin waste water,the new system wasestablished tolay heavy stresson existingproblemsforthe control. The non -pointsource pollution and un certainty analysiswere broughtintothesystem research. Theproblemsinvolvedin the managementitself,objectives, modelandimplementation and otherissuesofthe system were discussed. |
