| The currentsituation and developmentplanningwere described forthe ambientairqualitymonitoring system in Shanghai. Itputemphasisontheestablishmentofa Shanghaiairqualitymonitoringsystem planning framework to meetthe needsambientairqualitymonitoring development. Itproposedto setup aplatform of Shanghaienvironmentalcomprehensiveinformation and public IT data. Itwasto develop inversion techniquesof groundbased remote sensing and radiosonde observation, air 2 based and space based remote sensing forthe establishmentofatmospheric complex pollution monitoring system in the Yangtze RiverDelta. |
