| 以Biosam pler 采样器为参照, 采用平行重复的实验方法, 以电压和流量作为匹配因素结合 ELISA 、LAL 和 GLU CANTELL 技术, 检测空气中过敏原Derp和Derf 及内毒素和多聚糖。结果表明 , 静电场采样装置对4 种生物气溶胶的采集效率要比 Biosam pler 采样器高 2 倍 ~ 8 倍 , 静电场采样法优于撞击式采样法。 |

| D erp, Der,f endotoxin and glucan were collected in paralleland repeatedly by electrostatic sampling devicesand biosamplerandtheirconcentrationsw erem easured by ELISA, LAL and GLUCANTELL m ethods. The resultsshowed thatthe sampling efficiency ofelectrostatic sampling devices were about2 ~8timeshigherthan biosampler's when collectingthe airborne allergens and toxins. The effectofelectrostatic sampling wasobservedbetterthantheimpactor. The electrostaticfield sampling devices neededto befurtherimproved. |
