| 采用索氏提取-气相色谱法测定土壤中的五氯酚, 优化了试验条件。方法在0 μ g/kg～200 μ g/kg 范围内线性良好, 检出限为 0.03 μ g/kg, 空白土壤加标样测定的 RSD 为 2.6% , 回收率为 95.4% ～ 101% 。 |

| Thepentachlorophenolin soils wasdetermined by GC with Soxhletextraction. Theexperimental conditions were optimized to produce the following results: good linearity in the range from 0 μ g/kg to200 μ g/kg,the detection limits0.03 μ g/kg,the RSDsofthe blank soilsadded standard samples2.6% , and the recoveriesfrom 95.4% to101%. |
