      采用高效液相色谱 (HPLC)-电感耦合等离子体质谱 (ICP/MS) 联用测定废水中可滤态的甲基汞 和无机汞, 优化了仪器工作条件, 讨论了方法干扰及校正办法。甲基汞和无机汞在0.500 g/L~ 25.0 g/L 范围 内线性良好, 检出限分别为0.03 g/L 和0.07 g/L, 废水样品平行测定的RSD分别为6.5% ~ 7.6% 和6.2% ~ 6.8%, 加标回收率分别为 84.0%~ 87.0% 和 88.0% ~ 92.4% 。

      Them ethod wasapplied fordeterminationofmethylm ercury andinorganicm ercuryinwastewatersamples by high perform ance liquid chromatography with inductively coupled plasm a-mass spectrometry(HPLC-ICP/M S). Theinstrumentparameters wereoptimized and correction method forinterferences wasdiscussed. A goodlinearityranged from 0.500 g/L to 25.0 g/L formethylmercuryandinorganic mercury. The detection limitsform ethylmercuryandinorganicmercurywere 0.03 g/L and 0.07 g/L. TheRSD ofparallel testofwastewatersampleswerebetween 6.5% and7.6% formethylmercury, between 6.2% and6.8% forinorganicm ercury. The spiked recoveries of methylmercury and inorganic m ercury were between 84.0% and 87.0%, and between 88.0% and 92.4%.
