| 以 115 In- 103 Rh 为双内标校正系统, 采用电感耦合等离 子体质谱法同时测定地表水中铜、锌、硒、 砷、汞、镉、铅、铁、锰、钼、钴、铍、锑、镍、钡、钒、钛、铊等18种金属元素, 优化了测量同位素、 内标元素等试验条件。18种金属元素在0μg/L~ 100μg/L范围内线性良好, 检出限为0.006μg/L~ 0.123μg/L, 标准样品的测 定值均在保证值范围内, 平行测定的 RSD 为 1.7% ~ 4.2%, 实际水样加标回收率为 89. 0% ~ 100% 。 |

| Optimizing detectivecondition ofisotopesandinteriorstandard, elementsofCopper, Zinc, Selenium, Arsenic, M ercury, Cadm ium, Lead, Iron, M anganese, M olybdenum, Cobal,t Beryllium, Antimony,Nicke,l Barium, Vanadium, Titanium and Thallium in surface waterwere determ ined by ICP/MS with interior standard materials 115 In and 103 Rh ascalibrationsystem. Resultsshowed goodlinearityof18 kindsofmetalele mentsranged from 0μg/L to100μ g/L. Detectionlimitswerebetween 0.006μg/L and 0.123μg/L. Testing valuesofstandard reference materials were within guaranteed scope. RSDs ofparallelsamples were between 1.7% and 4.2%. Spiked recoveriesofsampleswerebetween 89.0% and100%. |
