| 采用小体积液液萃取 - 气相色谱/质谱联用法测定地表水中有机磷农药, 以 1. 2 mL 正己烷为萃取剂 , 磷酸三苯酯为内标 , 对8 种目标化合物的富集倍数达 156~ 436。方法在 1.00 g/L~ 20. 0 g/L范围内线性良好 ,8种有机磷农药的检出限均为0.2 g/L, 实际水样平行测定的RSD为 2.1% ~ 9.7%, 平均加标回收率为 86.0% ~ 110% 。 |

| Organophosphoruspesticidesinsurfacewaterweredeterm inated by GC/M S with asmallvolume liquid liquid extraction(SVLLE). The method used 1.2 mL n hexane as extraction solution, triphenylphos phateasinternalstandard, and preconcentrationfactorsof 8 compoundsofthepesticidesbetween156 and 436. Resultsshowed goodlinearityofmethodwasobtainedrangefrom 1.00 g/L to20.0 g/L; detectionlimitsof 8 kindsoforganophosphoruspesticideswere0.2 g/L; RSDsofparallelsampleswerebetween 2.1% and9.7% ; averagespikedrecoverieswerebetween86.0% and 110%. |
