| 采用高效液相色谱紫外检测器测定水中四乙基铅 , 用二氯甲烷液液萃取 , 以甲醇 / 水混合溶液 ( 体积比为 95 5) 为流动相 , ZORBAX Eclipse XDB- C 18 色谱柱分离 , 选择测定波长为 280 nm 。 方法在 0.100 m g/L~ 1.00 m g/L 范围内线性良好 , 检出限和测定下限分别为 0.01 g/L 和 0.04 g/L, 水样平行测 定的 RSD 4.2%, 地表水和 废水样品加标回收率分别为 78.9% ~ 82.4% 和 62.4% ~ 107% 。 |

| Thetetraethyllead(TEL) wasdetermined by HPLC withUV detector, extractantdichlorometh ane, mobilephasem ethanol/waterm ixture(liquid volumefraction 95 5), column ZORBAX Eclipse XDB C 18 , detection wavelength 280 nm. Theresultsofthe method showedthatgood linearity wasobtainedin range from 0.100mg/L to1.00 mg/L, thelowestdetection concentration andthe detectionlimitforTEL were 0.01 g/L and 0.04 g/L, the RSD ofwatersamplesin parallelwithin 4.2%, recoveriesofsurface waterand wastewater from 78.9% to82.4% and from 62.4% to107% respectively. |
