| 以镉和铅为例, 采用 M etalSafe 便携式分析仪快速测定水中重金属 , 介绍了基于阳极溶出伏安法的测定原理及仪器操作步骤和技术参数。采用标准加入法 , 镉和铅的校准曲线线性良好, 检出限分别为 0.022 g/L 和 0.025 g/L, 两个质量浓度水平的镉和铅标准溶液平行测定的 RSD 0. 6%, 相对误差 < 5% 。 与火焰原子吸收光谱法作对比试验 , 铅的测定数据经F检验和t检验表明不存在显著差异。 |

| Takinglead and cadmium asexamples, theM etalSafe portable analyzerwasusedtofastdetect heavym etalsin water. Theprincipleofanodicstrippingvoltammetry, operatingstepsandtechnologicalparame terswere described. Theresultsofstandard addition m ethod showed good linearity wasobtained in calibration curvesoflead and cadm ium, thedetectionlimits0.022 g/L and 0.025 g/L separately, RSDsoftwoconcen tration levelsoflead and cadmium 0.6%, relativeerrors < 5%.
