| With wide installation and verification of continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS), application of CEMS data would be the most direct and effective way for emission source management. On the basis of regulated data validity auditing by the state, daily auditing of CEMS data was put forward and characteristic data auditing mechanism of CEMS was established with practical working experience and long term practice in Shanghai. Through introduction of background, content, process and results of the auditing mechanism, it was emphasized on importance of data auditing and necessity of establishment of data auditing mechanism. |
