| It reviewed emissions of ozone precursors and ground level ozone pollution monitoring in Europe. The main reasons and challenges for European Commission implementing ground-level ozone pollution monitoring had been analyzed. Based on the European’s experiences and approaches on ground level ozone pollution monitoring, suggestion was made the necessities and measures for China to implement ground level ozone pollution monitoring. |
