      依据多种浓度、多种样品、多家实验室参与测定而得到的大量监测数据,研究分析了4-氨基安替比林萃取分光光度法测定水中挥发酚的质量控制指标。建议控制值为:当标准样品质量浓度范围为0.04 mg/L~0.2 mg/L时,室内相对标准偏差(RSD)≤5.0%;当标准样品质量浓度范围为0.04 mg/L~1.2 mg/L时,室间相对标准偏差(RSD’)≤10%,相对误差(RE)≤10%;当实际样品质量浓度范围为0.001 mg/L~0.1 mg/L时,相对偏差(RD)≤12%;加标回收率控制范围为90%~120%。

      The laboratory quality control index was analyzed for volatile phenolic compounds determination by 4-aminoantipyrene spectrophotometry according to monitoring data obtained from several laboratories at different concentration levels and various samples. Suggestion was made for the control indax as fallows: RSD within laboratory≤5.0% at concentration levels of standard reference materials from 0.04 mg/L to 0.2 mg/L, RSD inter laboratories≤10% and RE≤10% at concentration levels of standard reference materials from 0.04 mg/L to 1.2 mg/L, RD≤12% at concentration levels of samples from 0.001 mg/L to 0.1 mg/L, control range of spiked recoveries from 90% to 120%.
