Arsenide including arsenite[As(Ⅲ)], dimethyl arsenic (DMA), methyl arsenic (MMA) and arsenate[As(Ⅴ)] in water were determined by coupled techniques of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrum. The phosphate buffer solution as mobile phase and potassium borohydride as reducing agent were used in the test to optmize the experimental condition. A good baseline separation was obtaited in 7 minutes for As(Ⅲ), DMA, MMA and As(Ⅴ). The linearity ranged from 5.00 μg/L to 100 μg/L, detection limits 0.06 μg/L, 0.12 μg/L, 0.09 μg/L and 0.15 μg/L respectively, relative bias of replicate measurements of samples within 2.7%~6.6%, spiked recoveries within 86.9%~101%. |
