| Xinyang River was divided into three sections to investigate the pollutants from domestic, agriculture and industry sources. The total amount of pollutants into the river in 2012 and 2015 were predicted according to the social and economic development. The goals of pollutant control into the river were set by simulation of water environmental capacity and hydrology and functional area planning in 2012 or 2015. |
