| The typical methods for chlorophyll test were compared between water and wastewater monitoring method (the fourth edition) and ISO 10260:1992(E). The experiments showed that the test results both had a certain correlation and significant differences. ISO standard had high extraction efficiency and easy operation in the ways of extraction method, extraction solvent and calculation formula. |
