      使用Oasis HLB固相萃取柱,以正己烷/丙酮混合溶剂(体积比为3∶1)为洗脱溶剂,采用毛细管柱气相色谱电子捕获检测器同时测定水中15种硝基苯类化合物,以保留时间定性,外标标准曲线法定量。硝基苯和硝基甲苯在50.0 μg/L~1 000 μg/L、其他硝基苯类化合物在5.00 μg/L~100 μg/L范围内线性良好,检出限硝基苯和硝基甲苯为0.035 μg/L~0.052 μg/L,其他硝基苯类化合物为0.003 5 μg/L~0.005 6 μg/L,加标水样平行测定的RSD为1.4%~4.0%,平

      The 15 kinds of nitrobenzenes compounds in water was determined by using capillary gas chromatograph /electronic capture detector with Oasis HLB SPE cartridge, elution solvent of hexane/acetone (volume ratio 3∶1). Retention times of the peaks were applied for qualitative analysis. External standard method was used for quantitative analysis. Calibration curves of high correlation were for nitrobenzene and nitrotoluene in a range between 50.0 μg/L and 1 000 μg/L,the other nitrobenzenes compounds in a range between 5.00 μg/L and 100 μg/L. Detection limits were for nitrobenzene and nitrotoluene in a range between 0.035 μg/L and 0.052 μg/L, the other nitrobenzenes compounds in a range between 0.003 5 μg/L and 0.005 6 μg/L. RSD of spiked replicate samples ranged from 1.4% to 4.0%. Average recoveries ranged from 92% to 100%.
