| Sketching the situation and policy demand of further enhancing the quality management level of environmental monitoring, this paper analyses five causes of impair the quality of the quality management and put forward a proposal to strengthen the quality management plan, to improve the quality of the managers' professional level,to improve the quality consciousness of all staffs,to effectively utilize the quality management information system to manage,to strengthen interdepartmental communication and exchange, and to give full play to the action of quality system. |
