| Based on the long-term practical monitoring work of cyanobacteria in the lake, technical methods, such as site location, sampling (frequency, layer and volume), analysis and identification were proposed. Moreover, qualitative description and ranking standard for cyanobacteria bloom were established on the basis of statistical analysis of cyanobacteria bloom in Taihu Lake in recent years. |
