| On base of analysis on characteristics of letters and calls of electromagnetic radiation,which including quantity and its variation,object,mode and appeals,some effective countermeasures and suggestions were put forward according to experiences in Nantong.The countermeasures included in suit measurement,verification of legality and organization coordination.Those suggestions covered five aspects which were perfecting the execution mechanism,optimizing evaluation technique,strengthening radiation environmental supervision,guaranteeing the environmental rights of the public and correctly guiding the public opinion. |
