      采用二氯甲烷萃取水样,气相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定水中有机磷农药和甲萘威。试验表明:方法在20.0 μg/L~1 000 μg/L范围内,各目标化合物线性良好;方法检出限为0.004 μg/L~0.01 μg/L;对实际水样进行3个质量浓度水平的加标回收试验,回收率在71.8%~94.5%之间,RSD为3.7%~8.5%,满足水中痕量有机磷农药和甲萘威的测定要求。
英文摘要:
      A method of gas chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry was established for determining organophosphorus pesticides and carbaryl in water. The experimental results showed that all the target compounds had good linear relations in the range of 20.0 μg/L~1 000 μg/L. The method limits of detection were 0.004 μg/L~0.01 μg/L. The recoveries of the target compounds ranged from 71.8% to 94.5% and the RSDs were between 3.7%~8.5% for three concentrations of 0.02 μg/L,0.05 μg/L and 0.1 μg/L. The method could meet the requirements for determination of trace organophosphorus pesticide and carbaryl in water samples.
