Fenoxanil and prochloraz residue in paddy field (soil, water and rice plant) were determined simultaneously by gas chromatography. The residues in the paddy field water, paddy field soil, and rice plants were extracted with methylene chloride, acetone methylene chloride(volume ratio is 9〖JP20〗∶〖JP〗1), and acetonitrile methylene chloride(volume ratio is 9〖JP20〗∶〖JP〗1) respectively. The results showed that the linearity was favorable in a range between 0.012 2 mg/L~2.68 mg/L,the detection limits of fenoxanil in paddy field soil, paddy field water and paddy rice were 2.75 μg/kg、1.83 μg/L、3.80 μg/kg,and the detection limits of prochloraz were 3.55 μg/kg、2.66 μg/L、5.62 μg/kg.The spiked recovery test of three concentration levels were done in paddy field soil, paddy field water and paddy rice, the recovery rate ranged from 80.3%~104%,RSD ranged from 3.0%~13.2%. |
