      研究了2001—2012年成都市河流水质类别变化趋势,结果表明:该市河流Ⅰ类~Ⅲ类水质类别占比从“十五”期间的35.5%上升后,能多年稳定在61.5%~71.8%之间;岷江内江劣Ⅴ类水质占比从“十一五”的4.5%飙升至2012年的33.3%,水质恶化情势令人担忧;集中式饮用水源地都江堰水文站2011—2012年连续2 a水质由Ⅱ类降为Ⅲ类;岷江出境断面黄龙溪、岳店子水质多年不达标,形势堪忧。为此,提出有效划定全市人口、经济生态红线,建立入境断面水质监测管理与启用应急备用水源联动机制,发掘和推广水质持续改善区域先进管理经验,着力Ⅳ类水域治理,是实现成都市河流水质污染控制目标的关键措施。

      According to the research on the change trend of water quality from 2001 to 2012 in Chengdu, the proportion of class Ⅰ~Ⅲ water quality was steady between 61.5%~71.8% in recent years,which is better than the results during the Tenth Five Year Plan period,that is only 35.5%. The proportion of inferior class Ⅴ water of Minjiang river was raised dramatically from 4.5% to 33.3% during the Eleventh Five Year Plan period. It found the deterioration of water quality situation very worrying. A centralized source of drinking water station in Dujiangyan, the water quality continuously reduced from class Ⅱto class Ⅲ in 2011—2012. The water quality of Huanglongxi and Yuedianzi, which are the exit sections of Minjiang river, had not meet the standards for many years, so the situation is grim. Therefore, it suggests making the effective delineation of ecological red line of the city's population and economic, establishing the linkage mechanism for water quality monitoring management and emergency water supply, popularizing the advanced managerial experience in the area where the water quality continuously improved, strengthening the treatment of class IV water area, to achieve the goal of water pollution control in Chengdu.
