      采用顶空-气相色谱法测定地表水中松节油,并对顶空瓶的平衡温度、平衡时间,盐析效应和取样量等顶空条件进行优化,使方法在0.200 mg/L~4.00 mg/L范围内线性良好,方法检出限为0.037 mg/L。实际样品2个质量浓度水平的加标回收率为89.3%~108%,RSD分别为5.8%和4.8%。

      A method was established to determined turpentine in water by headspace gas chromatography.The test conditions such as vial temperature,vial equilibration time,dosage of NaCl,sampling volume were optimized.The method shows good linearity from 0.200 mg/L to 4.00 mg/L; the method detection limits were found to be 0.037 mg/L.Two mass concentration levels of the blank recoveries ranged from 89.3% to 108%,and the relative standard deviations of turpentine were 5.8% and 4.8% respectively.
