| 通过分析技术研发人员能力素质模型，对能力素质要素作编码整理、频次统计和赋值计算，最终得到6个方面共20项技术研究人员核心能力素质要素。据此，对今后一段时期环境监测技术人才的发展提出了改进制度推动研究发展、融合业务促进创新涌现、加强交流建设知识平台、优化结构打造高质团队、树立目标增强事业自信等建议。 |

| By analyzing several competency models of technical researchers,encoding the competency elements and processing the data with statistic method,this paper finally got 6 aspects of 20 core competency elements of technical talents. Moreover,the results also provide some practical suggestions for not only facilitating research development,technology innovation and knowledge communication,but also strengthening work team building and career confidence of environmental monitoring technical researchers. |
