      采用哈希快速光度法测定烟气脱硝装置的氨逃逸浓度,通过优化现场采样时的采样流量、采样枪温度、吸收液浓度和用量,以及选择合适的显色时间,使该方法在0.12 mg/m3 ~5.10 mg/m3范围内精密度与准确度良好,方法检出限为0.03 mg/m3,2份实际样品6次测定的RSD分别为1.2%和0.1%,氨氮有证标准物质的测定结果在标准值范围内,实际样品2个浓度水平的加标回收率为100%和98.8%。将该方法与国标法同时测定实际样品和标准样品,结果无显著差异。
英文摘要:
      Hach rapid spectrophotometry was used to determine the ammonia escape concentration from flue gas denitrification device. By optimizing sampling flow rate, sampling probe temperature, absorbing solution concentration and consumption, and choosing appropriate color developing time, the testing result of Hach rapid spectrophotometry showed a high precision and accuracy in the range from 0.12 mg/m3 to 5.10 mg/m3. The detection limit of this method was 0.03 mg/m3. The relative standard deviations of 2 practical samples by 6 duplicate test were 1.2% and 0.1%, respectively. The results of ammonium certified standard materials were within the uncertainty of the standard values. The recoveries of 2 spiked samples with different concentration were 100% and 98.8%, respectively. Comparing this method with national standard method, no significant difference were detected in practical samples analysis results.
