In this paper elements of Cr, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Cd, Hg and Pb in water and sediments from Lihu Lake were analyzed, and the spatial distribution characteristics were studied. The mean concentration of these elements in overlying water were 0.13 μg/L ~45.66 μg/L. There was an obvious spatial heterogeneity for elements in water, and the concentrations in East Lihu Lake were higher than that in West Lihu Lake, and in river mouths higher than in lake area. The mass ratio of these elements in sediments ranged from 0.28 mg/kg to 88.21 mg/kg, which were higher in East Lihu Lake than that in West Lihu Lake as a whole. Results of ecological risk evaluation of elements in Lihu Lake showed that Cr,Ni,Zn,As and Hg in overlying water had no toxicity for aquatic livings, Cd and Cu toxicity risk were low, and Pb would probably lead to chronic toxicity. The risk indexes of these elements in sediments were 69.31~292.46, the risk level was from low to medium. |
