| 以点源、流动源、面源分类，在研究工业企业、机动车、建筑工地、秸秆焚烧等20多类排放源的基础上，建立2011年常州市大气污染物排放清单。结果表明：2011年该市大气污染物PM、PM10、PM2.5、SO2、NOx、CO、NH3和VOCs的排放总量分别为13.514 万t、6.746 万t、2.67 万t、5.975 万t、12.316 万t、66.595 万t、1.64 万t、9.026 1 万t。道路、工业、建筑工地、机动车是颗粒物的主要排放来源；SO2、NOx、CO排放主要来自工业和机动车；NH3的主要排放源为农业氮肥使用和畜禽养殖；VOCs的排放主要来自机动车、涂料、植被和工业。各行政区中，武进、溧阳、新北和金坛大气污染物排放量较大。 |

| According to point source，flow source and surface source classification，this study developed an air pollutant emission inventory in Changzhou in the year of 2011 based on the studies of 20 kinds of emission sources such as industrial enterprises，vehicles，construction sites，straw burning and so on. Results showed that the emissions of PM，PM10，PM2.5，SO2,NOx,CO,NH3 and VOCs in Changzhou 2011 were 135 140 t，67 460 t，26 700 t，59 750 t，123 160 t，665 950 t，16 400 t，90 261 t respectively. Road dust，industry，construction sites，motor vehicles were the main sources of particulate matter. Industries and motor vehicles were the main sources of SO2，NOx and CO emissions.NH3 emission mainly came from the sources of agricultural nitrogen fertilizer and livestock breeding. Motor vehicles，coatings，vegetation and industrial emissions were the main sources of VOCs emission. Among the administrative region in Changzhou，the emission amount in Wujin，Liyang，the New North and Jintan were relatively large. |
