      在硫酸介质中,用Ce4+将Cr3+氧化成Cr6+,用便携式分光光度计现场测定铬污染地下水中的Cr3+、Cr6+和总铬。通过试验,对氧化还原反应的可行性、反应时间、酸度、Ce4+加入量、DPC用量、稳定时间、干扰因素等条件优化,使该方法在0 μg/L~1 600 μg/L范围内线性良好,当取样量为25 mL时,方法检出限为12.5 μg/L。用该方法测定实际样品,RSD为4.4%~8.2%。用该方法与标准方法同时测定Cr3+、Cr6+和总铬,2种方法的相对偏差为-4.4%~4.3%。
英文摘要:
      In this paper, a method for field determination of Cr3+、Cr6+ and total Cr in polluted groundwater by portable spectrometer was established. In sulfuric acid solution, Cr3+ was oxidized to Cr6+ by Ce4+ and determined in the form of DPC Cr. The measurement parameters such as redox reaction feasibility, reaction time, acidity, the amount of Ce4+ and DPC, stability time and interferent were optimized through experiments. The linear range of the method was 0 μg/L~1 600 μg/L, and the method detection limit(MDL) was 12.5 μg/L with 25 mL sample volume. The RSD (n=7) of Cr3+, Cr6+ and Cr were 4.4%~8.2% by practical sample determination. Compared with the standard method, the relative deviation of Cr3+, Cr6+ and Cr were -4.4%~4.3%.
