| 采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）和高效液相色谱-三重四级杆质谱联用法（HPLC-MS/MS）测定地表水及饮用水中11种酚类化合物，通过优化测定条件，使HPLC法在0.020 mg/L～50.0 mg/L范围内，HPLC-MS/MS法在0.500 μg/L～250 μg/L 范围内线性良好，方法检出限分别为0.005 μg/L～0.031 μg/L和0.005 μg/L～1.56 μg/L。未检出的实际样品加标回收率分别为57.2%～96.7%和81.3%～113%，RSD分别为1.5%～5.3%和3.9%～17.7%。 |

| A method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 11 kinds of phenols in surface water by HPLC DAD and HPLC MS/MS, respectively. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of 11 kinds of phenols was realized by optimizing the sample pretreatment and measurement conditions. Results showed that the linear ranges were 0.020 mg/L～50.0 mg/L for HPLC and 0.500 μg/L～250 μg/L for HPLC MS/MS, detection limits were 0.005 μg/L～0.031 μg/L and 0.005 μg/L～1.56 μg/L, respectively. Recovery rate of 57.2%～96.7% and 81.3%～113% were obtained for HPLC and HPLC MS/MS， and relative standard deviations of 1.5%～5.3% and 3.9%～17.7% were achieved. |
