A dispersive liquid liquid microextraction coupled with gas chromatography method was used to determine the turpentine oil in surface water. The experiment parameters which related to extraction efficiency were optimized, such as the kind and volume of extraction solvent and dispersive solvent, as well as salt effect. The method had good linearity in the range of 10.0 μg/L~500 μg/L, and the detection limit was 1.6 μg/L. For a real water sample analysis, the turpentine oil was not detected, and the recoveries at three spiking levels ranged from 83.6% to 104%, while the relative standard deviations were 2.1%~8.3%. |
