| 采用乙酸乙酯提取水样中己烯雌酚残留，经BSTFA/TMCS衍生化后，用GC-MS/MS测定，通过优化试验条件，使该方法在0.05 mg/L～1.00 mg/L范围内线性良好，方法检出限为146 ng/L。实际水样2个质量浓度水平的加标回收率为90.8%和91.9%，5次测定结果的RSD分别为2.2%和2.1%。 |

| A method has been established for determination of diethylstilbestrol (DES) in water by gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (GC MS/MS). The samples were extracted by ethyl acetate, subsequently derived with BSTFA/TMCS reagent. The optimized method showed good linearity with the concentration ranged in 0.05 mg/L and 1.00 mg/L, the detection limit(LOD) was 146 ng/L. The spiked recoveries of 2 concentration level were 90.8% and 91.9%，respectively, and the RSD of 5 reduplicative determination were 2.2% and 2.1%,respectively. |
