| In this paper, the current situation and problems including incomplete monitoring indexes, inadequate monitoring frequency, unrepresentative monitoring sites and irregular information disclosure of self monitoring in power plant were concluded. Technical suggestions were proposed from two aspects: monitoring scheme and information record, involving monitoring sites of exhaust emission, waste water, noise at enterprise boundary and surrounding environmental quality, monitoring indexes and frequency, monitoring information, running state of production and pollution control. |
