      2015年秋季(9月—11月)在贵州省典型城区空气污染观测期间,使用大流量PM2.5采样仪连续7 d 采集贵州省典型城区环境空气中PM2.5。采用快速溶剂萃取(ASE)、GC-MS法测定大气PM2.5中16种正构烷烃,通过试验优化前处理条件,使方法在0.500 μg/L~100 μg/L之间线性良好,方法检出限为0.001 μg~0.005 μg。3个质量比水平的加标回收率为70.7%~91.7%,6次测定结果的RSD在1.8%~13.0%之间。

      During the air pollution observation period in the autumn of 2015 (September November) in typical urban area of Guizhou Province, PM2.5 samples were collected from typical urban environmental air in Guizhou province for seven consecutive days using a large flow PM2.5 sampler. A method of gas chromatography mass spectrometry with ASE to determine 16 n Alkanes in PM2.5 was established.The pretreatment method was optimized. The optimized method had good linearity in the concentration range of 0.500 μg/L~100 μg/L. The method detection limits were in the range of 0.001 μg ~0.005 μg. The spiked recoveries in 3 mass ratios ranged from 70.7%~91.7%. The RSDs of 6 repeated determination results ranged from 1.8%~13.0%.
