      基于QuEChERS提取方法,用液相色谱-串联质谱法测定水中14种常见除草剂,通过优化样品前处理条件,使14种除草剂在0.005 mg/L~0.500 mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数均>0.99,方法检出限为0.005 mg/L。空白水样3个质量浓度水平的加标回收率为74.5%~109%,5次测定结果的RSD为3.9%~11.4%。将该方法用于测定长江流域3个重点城市的水体,结果为未检出。

      A multiresidue analyses method for the rapid determination of 14 herbicide residues in water samples was developed by using QuEChERS extraction and high performance liquid chromatograph tandem mass spectrometry (LC MS/MS). In the optimized QuEChERS conditions, the method had good linearity in the range of 0.005 mg/L~0.500 mg/L, with the correlation coefficient greater than 0.99. The lowest detection concentrations were all 0.005 mg/L. The spiked recoveries of blank samples were in the range of 74.5%~109%, and the relative standard deviation ranged from 3.9% to 11.4%. The results showed that the method was rapid, accurate and sensitive for the determination of 14 herbicide residues in water samples.
