| Origins and applications of mutagenicity test by Vicia faba root tip cell micronucleus and other micronucleus test methods were introduced. The differences on scope of application, test organism and test condition parameters of the methods were compared. On the basis, the developments of monitoring instruments were prospected, and the suggestions on the potential applications of the method in environmental monitoring and environmental management were presented. |
