      采用自然沉降法和撞击法两种实验测试方法,对比分析在不同季节、自然通风和人员活动多因素作用下的高校阶梯教室室内生物气溶胶分布特性及变化规律。结果表明:阶梯教室夏季室内生物气溶胶浓度高于冬季;教室内无通风和人员活动的情况下,室内生物气溶胶浓度大幅度下降,其平均衰减率为68%;教室内有自然通风时,室内生物气溶胶浓度与室外的趋于一致,室外空气源是影响室内生物气溶胶浓度的重要因素;人员活动会显著提高室内的生物气溶胶浓度,同时使得粒径分布状态发生改变,粒径为3.3 μm~7.0 μm生物气溶胶的比例从27.6%增加到59.8%。
英文摘要:
      Applied with natural sedimentation method and impacting method, bioaerosol distribution characteristics and change rule in college lecture theatre were studied under the influence of multi factors such as natural ventilation and human activities in different seasons. The results showed the concentration of bioaerosol was higher in summer than that of in winter. When there was airless and no human activities in the lecture theatre, the concentration of bioaerosol sharply declined in an average decay rate of 68%. With natural ventilation, the concentration of bioaerosol in indoor and outdoor air were the same. Air source from outdoor was the main impact factor to indoor bioaerosol concentration. Human activities significantly increased indoor bioaerosol concentration and changed bioaerosol particle size distribution, that is, 3.3 μm~7.0 μm particle size increased from 27.6% to 59.8%.
