      2016年11月在苏州地区布设9个采样点采集稻田土和水稻,分析As、Cd、Cr、Cu、Zn、Pb、Ni、Sb、Se和V等元素在土壤和水稻根、茎、叶、籽实中的积累分布特征,并评估当地人群食用该稻米的暴露风险。结果表明:苏州地区土壤和稻米综合质量指数IICQ均值为4.57,属于中度亚污染。大多数元素集中分布在根系中,籽实中较少。籽实对元素富集系数由高到低依次为Cd>Zn>Se>Cu>Ni>As>V>Cr>Sb>Pb。虽然不同人群通过食用稻米籽粒摄入每种元素的目标危险系数THQ均<1,但综合危险指数THI均>1,表明人群通过食用当地糙米将会遭受潜在的风险。
英文摘要:
      The paddy soil and rice plants were collected as pair samples from 9 sampling sites in Suzhou in November 2016. The distribution characteristics of As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Zn, Pb, Ni, Sb, Se and V element in paddy soil and the roots, stems, leaves and seeds of rice were investigated, and the exposure risk via consumption of local rice grains was evaluated. The research area was moderate sub polluted for the average of influence index of comprehensive quality (IICQ) showing 4.57. Most of the elements were more concentrated in rice roots while less in rice grain. The element enrichment coefficient in rice grain was in the order of Cd>Zn>Se>Cu>Ni>As>V>Cr>Sb>Pb. Although the target hazard quotients (THQ) of each element via consumption of rice grain for local populations was lower than 1, total hazard index (THI) were greater than 1, indicating the local residents were experiencing potential exposure risk from rice ingestion.
