| In this paper, the design basis of the self monitoring program for chemical synthesis pharmaceutical industry was elaborated, and the production process and pollutant discharge characteristics were analyzed. On this basis, the primary coverage of the self monitoring program and the notices of setting the monitoring site, monitoring factor and monitoring frequency were put forward. The design principle for special case monitoring program and self monitoring record information were specified. |
